Individual Counselling Sessions

The cost for a 50-minute individual phone or video counselling session is $150.00.

Couples Counselling Sessions

The cost for a 50-minute couples' video counselling session is $170.00.

Need more time? Extended, 75-minute couples' counselling video sessions are also available for $225.00.

Insurance & Sliding Scale

Some insurance plans will cover the cost of counselling sessions from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check with your provider to make sure this is something they offer. You will be provided with an official receipt from your counselling session to submit to your plan provider for reimbursement.

I offer a sliding scale fee that can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
